And in my 56th hour, I finished the story mode of Final Fantasy XIII, and I must say, it was a pretty rewarding experience.

I have some minor beefs with the length of the fights on the regular trash monsters in the last chapter, I was easily spending 5 to 10 minutes each time I ran into anything, it just became long and tiresome, but it did help to prepare you for the final show down.

I do feel motivated to trophy hunt this one too, I mentioned this to some friends the other day too, I haven’t run into any of the lulls or annoying spots that would generally prevent me from replaying a Final Fantasy game, except for maybe the last hour, and thats not as bad as I made it out to be just now.

I’ll likely get my full review up over the weekend, assuming God of War doesn’t take over (my copy arrived today)
